Gentlemen, we know it’s getting tough out there for many of you. For so many life has been turned upside down. Some of you are working at home, some are in limbo waiting to see if they still have a job after this is all over, and some of you are still venturing out into danger to keep our lives running.

Whatever your situation, one thing is for sure – your life it not what it used to be.

During times like these, when there is so much disruption, it’s important to try and maintain as much of your old routines as possible. Yes, you probably can walk around your house in your underwear now, but you need to fight the urge. If you previously went to the office in a suit, you may not need to go that far now, but do put clothes on. You do still need to get up when you used to, or close. You need to carry on, as much as possible, as you did before COVID-19 became a household term.

Realistically, many men never developed a good routine to begin with, that’s one of the reasons it can be abandoned so easily. The average man wakes up in the morning, throws on clothes and some cologne, and rushes off to work. If this is you, then forget everything I said before. Don’t keep your old routine. This is a good opportunity to catch up on, or start, new things: such as reading, exercising, exploring new career options, learning new recipes, sharpening your kitchen knives, etc. Tend to all of the little things that fall through the cracks in normal life. Now is your time to make the changes needed to take back your time and you life.

To that end, we present you our free Reclaim Your Day ebook – 24 pages of suggestions and advice to help you take back your time and get the life you really want.
