What You’ll Get

Guided Lessons

The core of the program are weekly live, interactive video conference calls. Every Wednesday you will meet with Tom and the entire course cohort for an online teaching session and discussion. Each call will begin with a recap of the previous weeks content and practices, and lay the foundation for the upcoming week’s development. All course calls are on Wednesdays at 6 pm CST.

Weekly Activities

Each week you will receive a 3-6 content videos, covering in more detail aspects of that weeks topic. Videos are generally 10-20 minutes in length, with some being shorter or longer depending on the content covered. Thee videos are great aids to support you in your journey.

Private Manhood Group

As a course participant, you will gain access to our exclusive, private Slack group. It’s a forum where you can interact with Tom and other participants on the journey with you. The Slack group is where you will discuss the weekly assignments, share your challenges, fails, and wins, and much more.

For the last 3 weeks of the program you will use what you’ve learned about yourself and the man you’re becoming as a basis for authentic relating, deep listening, and acceptance. All the online sessions and supplementary videos are available to you to re-watch in formats compatible with any computer, tablet, or smart phone, for your convenience. These resources will be yours to keep and refer back to long after you’ve finished the course.

 

To participate in the course you must be fully committed.

Requirements

  • Being teachable. If you know it all, save yourself the money
  • Pre-course work – videos, tasks & other preparation
  • Weekly course documents and videos –  approx three hours per week (throughout course)
  • Weekly Manly Experiments & Practices (written and practical)
  • Participation in our private online group (throughout course.

commitment

  • Watching all videos, read all documents
  • Full completion of all Manly Experiments and Practices
  • 2-3 additional hours each week to complete coursework and activities

 

You will need to consider additional costs, including Manly Experiments & Practices classes, books, etc.

Please note: There are no refunds on this course. In the event of serious sickness or major family emergency, participants may retake relevant weeks in future course offerings to complete the course (at no extra charge).

Your Mentor

Tom is a martial artist, author, sexual advocate, and masculinity coach. He is the founder of Reclaimed Masculinity, and co-founder of Central Aikido and Seishinkan Iaido Warrensburg, as well as other business enterprises. He is a longtime student of somatic and embodiment practices, with deep study into the mind, the human body, spirituality, and the environment. It is his strong belief that you can not live up to your true potential unless these four aspects of life have reached a state of harmony.
